Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about Nadrix, the NADX subscription, wallets, vesting and staying safe.

Hot Topics

How do I connect my wallet?

On a computer with a wallet extension installed: click Connect Wallet, choose the wallet marked 'Detected', and approve in the extension pop-up — you are connected.

On a phone: open nadrix.io in your browser, tap Connect Wallet and pick your wallet. MetaMask, Trust Wallet, OKX and Bitget will open this site inside the wallet app automatically — just tap Connect again there. For other wallets, follow the 3-step guide shown: open the wallet app, go to its Discover / DApp browser, enter nadrix.io, then tap Connect Wallet.

On a computer without an extension: pick your wallet and scan the QR code with your phone's wallet app. If the code does not load (restricted network), use the phone method above instead. Connecting never requires your seed phrase or private key — only an approval tap.

What is Nadrix and NADX?

Nadrix is a decentralized economy protocol that connects GameFi, DeFi, SocialFi and De-Commerce under one standardized protocol and a unified identity layer. NADX is its utility token (BEP-20 on BNB Chain), with a fixed total supply of 10 billion.

How do I take part in the NADX subscription?

Public Subscription: on the Public Subscription page, enter the USDT amount, accept the terms and tap Approve & Subscribe. Your wallet asks you to confirm twice — first the USDT approval, then the subscription itself; the page shows a ① / ② progress line at each step. Once confirmed on-chain you'll see 'Subscribed · Stream #' and your NADX appears on the My Subscription dashboard.

Genesis Round: connect your wallet and complete a free signature, submit the application form, then wait for the approval email with your whitelist code. Return with the same wallet, enter the code, choose a tier (1,000–5,000 USDT) and confirm one USDT transfer in your wallet. After on-chain confirmation (about a minute) you'll receive a confirmation email, and your locked stream appears on My Subscription once created.

You only ever tap Confirm in your wallet — your seed phrase or private key is never needed.

Which network and token do I pay with?

BNB Chain (BSC). You pay in USDT (BEP-20). Make sure your wallet is on BNB Chain and holds USDT plus a small amount of BNB for the network fee.

When will I receive my NADX?

Your NADX does not arrive as a spendable balance right away. It is locked in an on-chain Sablier vesting stream and unlocks gradually after TGE (1 January 2027). You can watch progress anytime on the My Subscription dashboard.

How do I make sure I'm on the official Nadrix site?

Only trust nadrix.io and links from our official X account (@nadrix_io). Always verify the contract address before you approve or send anything. Nadrix will never DM you first, never ask for your seed phrase, and never run a "support" account that asks for your private key.

Public Subscription

What is the Public Subscription?

An open, permissionless on-chain sale. You subscribe directly with USDT and the smart contract locks your NADX into a vesting stream — no account or approval from us needed.

What are the rounds and prices?

Three rounds at fixed, publicly-announced prices: Round 1 at 0.005, Round 2 at 0.0075, Round 3 at 0.01 USDT per NADX (a +50% step each round, opened on milestones). Round 1 means 1 USDT = 200 NADX. Prices are fixed on-chain — check the subscription page for the live round.

Is there a minimum or maximum per wallet?

Yes. In the Public Subscription each wallet can subscribe between 10 and 1,000 USDT. You can subscribe more than once up to that limit.

Why does it ask for two signatures?

The first signature approves the contract to move your USDT (a standard ERC-20 approval); the second is the subscribe transaction itself. This is normal and safe — you approve only the USDT amount you're subscribing.

My wallet shows "likely to fail" — is something wrong?

Usually not. That warning most often means your wallet doesn't yet hold enough USDT (or BNB for gas) for the transaction. Top up and try again. If it persists, double-check you're on BNB Chain.

Can I get a refund after subscribing?

A subscription is an on-chain purchase and is not designed to be reversible. In genuine exceptional cases (e.g. a payment error), contact us through the official help channel — refunds are handled manually and are not guaranteed.

Genesis Round

What is the Genesis Round?

A whitelisted founding-node round with only 100 spots, at the lowest price of the whole program: 0.0025 USDT per NADX — half of the public Round 1 price. It grants a Genesis (root-node) invite code, but no dividends or governance rights.

How is it different from the Public Subscription?

Genesis is whitelisted (application + KYC), priced lower (0.0025 vs 0.005+), has a cumulative range of 1,000–5,000 USDT per wallet, and a longer lockup (6-month cliff + 18-month linear, vs 3 + 9 for public).

How do I apply / get whitelisted?

Open the Genesis Round page, connect your wallet, sign in, and submit the application (basic details + social + intended amount). We review it, and if approved you receive a whitelist code by email.

I got approved — how do I subscribe?

Enter your whitelist code on the Genesis page, choose an amount tier (1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 / 4,000 / 5,000 USDT), and transfer USDT. Your NADX is then locked into a Sablier stream on the Genesis schedule.

NADX Token & Vesting

What is the total supply and allocation?

10 billion NADX, fixed. It's split across seven allocation buckets (community, ecosystem, treasury/strategic reserve, team, and so on). See the Tokenomics page for the full breakdown and the vesting schedule.

What is vesting / a Sablier stream?

Vesting means your NADX is released over time instead of all at once. We use Sablier, an audited on-chain streaming protocol: each subscriber gets an individual linear lockup stream that starts unlocking after TGE. Streams are non-transferable and non-cancellable — nobody, including us, can claw them back.

What is the unlock schedule?

All streams start at TGE, 1 January 2027. Public subscription: a 3-month cliff, then linear release through month 12. Genesis: a 6-month cliff, then linear through month 24. During the cliff nothing is claimable; after it, NADX unlocks smoothly (no lump-sum dump).

Why don't I see NADX in my wallet after subscribing?

That's expected. Your NADX is held in the vesting stream, so there's no spendable balance until it unlocks. You can still see your locked position on the My Subscription dashboard and add the NADX token to your wallet to view it.

How do I add NADX to my wallet?

On the My Subscription page use the "Add NADX to wallet" button — it prompts your wallet to import the token automatically. Only add the token using our official address; never add a token address someone sends you.

Account & Compliance

What is a Nadrix ID?

Nadrix ID is a unified identity that will let you sign in once and use it across the Nadrix ecosystem (single sign-on). It's part of the roadmap; for the current subscription you connect with your wallet.

Do I need KYC?

The Public Subscription does not require KYC — you subscribe on-chain with your wallet. The Genesis Round does require KYC as part of the whitelist application.

Which regions are restricted?

Residents of, and people located in, certain jurisdictions (a list of 19, including Mainland China and North Korea, among others) may not participate. By subscribing you confirm you are not in a restricted jurisdiction. The full list is shown at the point of subscription.

Is Nadrix regulated? Is this investment advice?

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, or legal advice. Taking part in a token subscription carries risk, including the risk of loss. You are responsible for confirming that participation is legal where you live, and for your own decisions. Do your own research.

Wallets & Payment

Which wallets are supported?

Any standard Web3 wallet via WalletConnect / Reown AppKit. MetaMask, Binance Wallet, OKX Wallet and TokenPocket are pinned at the top of the connect dialog. Desktop (browser extension) and mobile are both supported.

How do I connect on mobile?

Tap Connect Wallet and pick your wallet — if it's installed, the site opens it directly; if not, you can scan the WalletConnect QR code from your wallet app. When signing, a prompt reminds you to switch back to your wallet app to confirm.

Which network do I need?

BNB Chain (BSC) mainnet. Your wallet should be on BNB Chain, holding USDT for the subscription and a little BNB for network fees.

What is gas / a network fee?

Every blockchain transaction needs a small fee paid to the network (called gas) — on BNB Chain it's paid in BNB. It's not a Nadrix charge; it goes to the network. Keep a little BNB in your wallet so transactions can go through.

Security & Anti-Phishing

How do I stay safe from scams?

Only use nadrix.io and our official X (@nadrix_io). Verify contract addresses before approving. Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone — no real team ever needs it. Be suspicious of anyone who DMs you "support", "airdrops", or "double your NADX" offers.

What are the official channels and addresses?

Website: nadrix.io. Official X: @nadrix_io. Official Telegram: t.me/nadrix_official. The Public Subscription contract and NADX token addresses are published on the site (Audit and Tokenomics pages). Always cross-check against the site — don't trust an address pasted in a chat.

Why do I never share my seed phrase or private key?

Your seed phrase and private key control your funds completely. Anyone who has them can take everything. Nadrix, wallet providers, and legitimate support will never ask for them. Connecting your wallet to subscribe never requires them.

What is a token approval, and how do I stay safe?

An approval lets a contract move a specific token on your behalf — needed for the USDT step of subscribing. Approve only the amount you intend to use, and only on the official site. You can review and revoke approvals later using a block explorer or wallet tools.

Blockchain Basics

What is a wallet, seed phrase, and private key?

A crypto wallet holds your assets on-chain. Its seed phrase (12–24 words) is the master backup that can restore the wallet; the private key controls a single account. Whoever holds them controls the funds — store them offline and never share them.

What is a block explorer (BscScan)?

A block explorer is a public website that shows all on-chain activity. For BNB Chain, use BscScan (bscscan.com) to check a transaction, a contract, or a token by pasting its address. It's the neutral source of truth for what actually happened on-chain.

What is USDT / a stablecoin?

USDT (Tether) is a stablecoin — a token designed to stay around 1 US dollar. It's what you pay with in the subscription. On BNB Chain it's the BEP-20 version of USDT.

What is an ERC-20 / BEP-20 token?

These are the standard "rulebooks" that tokens follow so wallets and apps can handle them uniformly. ERC-20 is the Ethereum standard; BEP-20 is the equivalent on BNB Chain. NADX and USDT here are BEP-20 tokens.
